About Patrick and Vexillum Global

Patrick is the principal consultant and genealogist of Vexillum Global, a service founded to help clients navigate citizenship by descent.Patrick learned genealogy originally as a hobby. Since then, he has learned the wide array of archives and information sources that help find the unique and legally necessary genealogical documentation required to build and advance a well-researched citizenship by descent case. As an avid history enthusiast, he deeply enjoys the historical themes and trends that find themselves woven into the immigration stories of everyone’s family history.Previously, Patrick worked as a strategy consultant covering diligence, research, and project management. He also worked in private equity and international development, focusing on real estate, infrastructure, and financing strategies across international borders.Patrick is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), Investment Migration Insider (IMI), the International Churchill Society (ICS), and the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF). He has a Masters of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
